Validity Period: There is no expiration date.
Usage Location: Can be used within the applications provided by Genius Inc.
Notes on Usage: Other content purchased with the prepaid payment instruments mentioned above (“Name of Prepaid Payment Instruments”) within the app is considered to be provided as goods/services upon acquisition and does not qualify as a prepaid payment instrument. Furthermore, except as required by law, in-app currency cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash after the purchase has been finalized. Please review the Terms of Service for more details.
How to Check Unused Balance: After launching any Genius application, you can view the balance of the in-app currency you currently possess in the upper right corner.
In Case of the Company’s Insolvency: If the prepaid payment instruments become unusable due to our company’s insolvency, the holders of the prepaid payment instruments may be compensated in priority over other creditors, based on the provision of Article 31 of the Payment Services Act, with the guarantee deposits secured in advance.
Policy Regarding Compensation for Losses Due to Unauthorized Transactions: Our company assumes no responsibility for losses incurred by holders of prepaid payment instruments due to unauthorized transactions (defined as the use of prepaid payment instruments by an unauthorized third party contrary to the holder’s intentions), except where our company is liable under the Terms of Service or by law. For reports or consultations regarding unauthorized transactions, please contact the above-mentioned inquiry window.
Criteria for Disclosing Unauthorized Transactions: As a rule, individual unauthorized transactions will not be disclosed. However, if we determine that an unauthorized transaction is likely to affect other users, we may disclose it on our official website, etc.

Note: Both paid and free in-app currency can be used without distinction; however, the free portion will be consumed first.
